California Salad with Chicken

Ingredients
2 oz. grilled or baked chicken breast shredded1 cup ripped romaine lettuce or the baby lettuce mix4 medium strawberries sliced1/8 cup almond slivers2 TBS red onion chopped1/2 oz soynuts1-2 TBS Brianna's Wine Vinaigrette
Directions
This makes one serving of about 1 cup of lettuce with the great toppings. Great take to work lunch.

Grill the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side or bake it in the oven 350 degrees for around 20 min. Once slightly cooled shred with two forks.

Toss on top of your shredded lettuce. Toss in the fruit, onion and nuts. Drizzle the dressing on top and toss and serve.
