Tasty Turkey Muffins

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey2 tbsp onions2 tbsp green peppers2 eggs1/4 cup heavy cream1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp poultry seasoning2 ounces cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Brown turkey with onions and peppers and drain off any grease.

Beat eggs, heavy cream, pepper and poultry seasoning.

Divide turkey among 6 well greased muffin cups. The cups will be very full. Top with 2 ounces cheddar cheese and then very slowly pour the egg mixture evenly over each one. If you pour the egg mixture too quickly, it will run of onto the rim of the muffin tin.

Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes until set and slightly browned.
