Chicken with black beans and tomatoes

Ingredients
2 t olive oil1 lb chicken thigh, skin and bone removed3/4 cup chopped onion1/4 t salt1/4 t pepper1 15 oz can tomatoes with chipolte1 15 oz can black beans rinsed and drained
Directions
Heat olive oil in large skillet. De bone and skin chicken thighs (breast can be used). Add chicken and onion to pan. Cook until chicken is done. Add the rest of ingredients. Warm through. Serve over rice.
