Fix it and Forget it Cranberry Pork Loin

Ingredients
2 1/2 to 3 lb bonless pork loin16 oz cranberry sauce1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup cranberry juice1 tsp dry mustard1/4 tsp ground cloves2 TBSP corn starch2 TBSP cold water1 tsp salt
Directions
Place roast in slow cooker

Combine next 5 ingredients and pour over roast.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Remove roast and keep warm

Measure 2 cup juices, add water if necessary.
Add to sauce pan.
Combine cornstarch and water to form paste. Add to sauce pan and bring to a boil til thickened. Add salt to taste

    This was quite yummy, I used whole cranberries in sauce, 1/4 cup agave syrup in place of the sugar and skipped the salt. - 3/19/17

    I liked the glaze on it even though I am not a fan of cranberries. It wasn't a hit at my house my husband wouldn't even eat it. I cooked it for 6 hours and it was really dry. - 2/20/10
