Ingredients: pillsbury moist supreme reduced sugar yellow cake mix, Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Pudding, Pumpkin pie flavorNeufchatel Cheese, 8 oz diet Ginger Ale, 12 ozRaisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350...and grease an 13 x 9 glass baking dish..
IN one bowl mix cake mix and diet gingerale and beat on low for 2 minutes.. fold in the box of raisins..and place in oven for 30 min
IN another bowl .... mix the creamcheese and pudding mix and milk.. after well mixed and thickened ..put in fridge to chill while cake is baking..
After cake cools.. place pumpkin creamcheese pudding on top and serve...
Serves 12 ... nice holiday cake
