Elysa's Breakfast Bread

Ingredients
Rhodes Bake n Serve Frozen White Dough (1 loaf thawed and risen)Gimme Lean Ground Sausage (1 14 oz tube)All Whites 100% Eggwhites (2/3 c)Melissa's Soy Shreds-Cheddar (8 oz.)
Directions
Put frozen bread in bread pan sprayed with Pam and cover with a towel or Saran wrap. Let thaw and rise for about 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 350.
Brown sausage in skillet.
Mix egg whites, soy cheese, and sausage together well in a medium mixing bowl.
Take dough and flatten it out. DO NOT KNEAD. It'll get all messed up. Just flatten it out until it's about a 12 inches by 8 inches.
Put sausage mixture in the middle of the flattened dough, leaving about 2 inches from the top and bottom and 3-4 on the sides.
Fold top and bottom of dough over mixture.
Fold one side of dough over mixture and then roll the whole thing over, making sure all the sausage mixture stays contained.
Place bread with seams DOWN in a Pam'ed loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Cool, slice in 1" pieces, maybe put some margarine on it and ENJOY!!! Super yum!!
