Fresh Veggy quiche

Ingredients
1 cup Mushrooms ( I used Chanterelles)1 cup Red Onion1 package frozen spinach5 small eggsone ready made pie crust1 medium tomato1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350
Lay down pie crust
Cut up veggies
Put veggies in the bottom of pie crust
Grate Cheese
Use half the cheese on top of veggies
Whisk eggs (add cream or milk if desired)
Pour eggs on top
Bake for about 15 minutes (continually checking)
Once egg is mostly cooked sprinkle the rest of the cheese on the top
