Strawberry Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 C white, bread flour1 1/2 C whole wheat graham flour (Hodgson Mills brand)1 t. baking soda1 t. salt1 1/2 t. cinnamon1 2/3 C. sugar2 (10 oz.) frozen, sweetened sliced strawberries thawed to room temp.4 eggs1 1/4 C. oil, canola1 C. chopped nuts (pecans), optional
Directions
Sift together flours, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar. Place in large bowl and make a well in the center. Place the strawberries with their juice, eggs, oil, and pecans in the well and stir/mix until moistened. Pour into 2 well greased and floured 9 X 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes, testing after 60 minutes. Cool in the pans for about 30 minutes before turning onto a cooling rack. Well freeze well.

Use 2 cups sugar, if you use unsweetened, frozen strawberries. Cut back on sugar (1 2/3 C.), if you use sweetened, frozen strawberries.
