4 CUPS OF WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR2 TABLESPOON OF CANOLA OILYOU MAY ALSO USE OLIVE OIL1/2 CUP OF WARM WATER

IN A LARGE BOWL MIX TOGETHER OIL AND FLOUR. MAKE A WELL AND ADD WARM WATER
MAKE A DOUGH AND LET REST FOR 30 MINUTES. DIVIDE INTO 12 EQUAL PARTS AND SHAPE INTO A FLAT CIRCLE PLACE INTO A HOT SKILLET AND BROWN ON BOTH SIDES BE CAREFULL NOT TO LET IT BURN .YOU CAN FREEZE THESE BREADS AND USE AS NEEDED.
