Black Bean Chicken Chili

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cubed1 meduim onion diced1 4 oz can diced green chiles1 15 oz can black beans1 15 oz can diced tomatoes1 6 oz can tomato paste15 oz sweet corn (canned or frozen)2 teaspoons cumin2 teaspoons chile powderSalt to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to a crock pot/slow cooker. Cook on low 5-6 hours (really only needs to be in there long enough for chicken to cook through, however the flavor is better the longer it cooks.)Top with cheddar cheese or sour cream and a side of tortilla chips if you like and serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
