Skillet Crustless Pizza

Ingredients
3 tbsp Ragu Traditional Pizza sauce0.5 tsp ground oregano0.5 tsp basil2 oz mozzarella cheeseToppings of choice(such as: bell pepper, mushrooms, pepperoni, onions, olives, tomatoes, and whatever else you like).
Directions
Start with a 8 inch oven safe pan.

Add 3 tbsp sauce to pan. Add seasonings here if you like.

Grate fresh Mozzarella. Weight out just 2 ounces. Cover the sauce with it. Top as desired and broil for 5 minutes until cheese is bubble and toppings are done. (Mushrooms and bell pepper you should cook before)

Blot with paper towel to remove excess grease.

Cool for 3 minutes and slide onto plate and enjoy!
