Introduction

The Italian don't view sandwiches quiet the same as we do. These are served as quick "between little snacks"...tra..mezz....ini. I added this only so I could know the calorie content of my normal breakfast! The Italian don't view sandwiches quiet the same as we do. Ingredients

    chunk light Tuna in water (half of 2 oz can)
    Hard Boiled Egg, .5 large
    White Bread, 1.5 slice
    Mayonnaise, regular, .5 tbsp

Directions

Slice bread in half (triangular cut). On bottom piece of bread layer drained tuna, cover with 1/2 slice bread, add half hard boiled egg sliced and mayo of choice. Top with remaining 1/2 slice of bread, wrap in napkin and eat standing at bar with a cappochino.
