1.5 Cups Sifted Flour2.5 Teaspoons Baking Powder1/2 Cup Splenda1 Egg White1/4 Cup Canola Oil3/4 Cup Skim Milk1/2 Cup Splenda Brown Sugar Mix1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans2 Tablespoons Flour2 Tablespoons Canola Oil2 Teaspoons Cinnamon, Ground
Sift together flour, baking powder, and sugar. Blend in egg white, oil, and milk. Stir until flour is moistened. Make topping by mixing together brown sugar, chopped pecans, 2 T flour, 2 T oil, and cinnamon. Spread half the batter in a Pam sprayed 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle on half the topping. Add remaining batter and sprinkle on rest of topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
