Ingredients
black beans 2 cups3 eggs or equivalent egg substitute3 tbsp oil4 tbsp cocoa1 tsp vanilla1/4 cup sugar or substitute
Directions
Put everything in blender or food processor and whiz till smooth. Put in 8x8 pan. Can add nuts or chocolate chips if wanted. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool completely before seving.
