Ingredients
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)1 can Healthy Choice Cream of Celery Soup (condensed)1 cup chopped onion1.5 lb ground hamburger2 cups uncooked brown rice2 cups nonfat milk1 package (10 oz) frozen peas
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Brown hamburger in a pan with the chopped onion. Add the other ingredients, stir, and pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serves aprox. 6-8

    I have made this before and it is good. I use water instead of milk. You may need to adjust the servings though because it makes closer to 6-8 servings and not four like the nutritional info states. The calorie count is what's probably scaring people! - 8/28/10
