Sausage and Egg Breakfast Skillet

Ingredients
1 Cup Egg Substitute5 oz. turkey breakfast sausage1 artichoke heart chopped1/4 large red bell pepper2 green onions2 oz. white cheddar cheese2 slices avocado
Directions
Cook crumbled ground turkey until browned. Add artichoke heart, green onions and red bell pepper and cook another 2 minutes until heated. Add egg substitute and cook until eggs are done. Split into two servings, top with 1 oz. of cheese for each serving and heat in microwave until cheese is melted. Top each with 2 Tbsp. fresh salsa and 1 slice of avocado. Enjoy!
