Cheesy Tuna Casserole

1 (10oz) can, Low Fat Mushroom Soup2 (6oz) cans Tuna Packed in Water, drained1/2 cup minced white onion1 (8oz) pkg Low Fat Cream Cheese1 cup grated Low Fat Cheddar2 Tblsp Garlic Powder12 oz whole wheat Macaroni noodles, cooked1 slice White Bread1/2 cup grated Low Fat Cheddar1 Tblsp Garlic Powder
In a large bowl, cream together first 6 ingredients. Fold in cooked macaroni.
Pour mixture into greased 9x11 casserole dish.
In food processor, combine slice of bread, cheese and remaining garlic powder until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over casserole mixture.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins, or until topping is golden brown.
I like to serve this with broccoli (Not included in nutritional value)

I was suprised to not see any salt or pepper, and was shocked at the amount of garlic powder. Maybe it's supposed be teaspoons? Still too much, should substitute some salt and pepper (not much) and omit about half or more of the garlic powder. Otherwise, VERY good! (I also added peas) - 5/7/09
