Winter Baked Apple Squash

Ingredients
2 lbs Butternut Squash, peeled, seeded, cut in 1/2" slices.2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, sliced in 1/2" slices8 tsps. Splenda no Cal.1 tbs Blackstrap Molasses2 tbs. Butter, unsalted, melted1/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. allspice1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 pan.
In a medium bowl toss the squash and apples.
drizzle on butter and toss well again. sprinkle with salt, toss. Place in baking pan. Mix rest of spices and speinkle over all. Cover tight and bake for 50 mins. Un-cover and test for doneness
baste a bit with drippings and continue to roast until fork tender, and glazed.
