2 cups of basic veggie soup [not calculated in nutrition]15 oz can white beans, drained [Great Northern]15 oz can golden corn, drained7.5 oz can Salmon [wild or Alaskan preferred] canned in water, drained
Heat all ingredients except salmon. Once warmed, add drained salmon and heat further for 5 minutes.
