Garden Blend Marinara Sauce

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil1/2 cup each chopped red, yellow, & green bell peppers1 chopped medium onion4 large cloves minced Garlic2 Tbsp. Oregano2 Tbsp. Basil2 Tbsp. Rosemary2 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning1 can Tomato Paste1 29 oz. can tomato puree or tomato sauce, no sugar or salt added5 cans chopped tomatoes1/4 cup packed brown sugar
Directions
Put olive oil in large pot & sautee bell peppers, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, rosemary, & italian seasoning. (Other veggies may be used if you like.) Add tomato paste, tomato puree/sauce, and half of chopped tomatoes. Puree other half of chopped tomatoes for a thinner sauce. Adjust the amount of canned tomatoes you puree to change consistency. Stir in brown sugar and simmer on low for one hour or until desired consistency is reached. Stir occasionally. Makes 30 3 oz. servings.
