BBQ Steak Sandwich

Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil1 6- to 8-ounce lean steak1 green bell pepper, sliced1 red bell pepper, sliced1/4 cup barbecue sauce1 avocado, mashedToasted sourdough rolls
Directions
Rub olive oil in a heavy skillet. Saute steak over high heat until medium rare to medium, turning once (7 to 10 minutes).
Set aside until slightly cool. Add the peppers to the same skillet and saute until they have some color.
Slice the steak thickly. Return to skillet; add barbecue sauce. Heat through. Serve on rolls with avocado.

    Great recipe..very easy to make..I broiled ww kiaser buns then added steak and returned to oven and melted a bit of cheese on top the family loved them. - 3/28/10
