Mushroom Scallopped Potatos

Ingredients
6 medium sized red potatos, cut thinlyOne red onion, cut thinlyLightly salt and pepper to taste (I don't!)One can of reduced fat Mushroom Soup mixed with skim milk
Directions
Slice potatos and onions, place in a pammed baking dish, cover with soup. Bake slow for a period of 2 -3 hours on low heat 300.
