Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 4 large *Canola Oil, .25 cup *Molasses, blackstrap, 2 tbsp apple cider, unsweetened, 3.5 cup Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 3 cup, dry, yieldsWheat germ, crude, .5 cup Bob’s Red Mill TVP, 1 cup .25 tsp saltcinnamon to taste
Directions
mix dry ingredients together in one bowl, beat eggs and add rest of wet ingredients, then add that to dry. pour all into 9X13 baking dish, bake at 400 for about 25 minutes
