Beef Macaroni Skillet Dinner

1 lb ground beef.5 tsp oregano2 stalks celery, diced3 cups cooked elbow macaroni1 can sweet corn1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup1 cup salsa1 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
In large skillet cook oregano, beef, and celery until beef no longer pink. Drain fat.
Return ingredients to skillet and add macaroni, corn, soup, and salsa. Good until heated through and bubbly.
Top with cheese and let melt.
Serve hot- with sour cream or hot sauce if desired.
