Ingredients
7-8 chicken bullion cubes7-8 cups water1-2 cups leftover chicken cut into small pieces2-3 cups potato cut into small pieces1 1/2 cups carrots cut into small pieces1 1/2-2 cups celery cut into small pieces
Directions
makes 8-10 1 cup servings

combine bullion and water. Add chopped veggies and chicken. Cook until done.

    I was looking for an easy recipe for chicken soup to use up a rotisserie chicken - this did the trick. I added chopped onion, a little bit of dried parsley and dried basil, and a dash or 2 of salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. I used 4 veggie bullion cubes and 4 chicken bullion cubes. A keeper! - 12/7/08
