Rachel's Spicy Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground lean turkey1 large vidalia onion, chopped1 medium green pepper, chopped1 medium red pepper, chopped1-2 jalapeno peppers2 cloves garlic, minced1 28 oz can stewed tomatoes1 14 oz can kidney beans (rinsed & drained)1 14 oz can black beans (rinsed & drained)1 14 oz can chili beans (undrained)1 tbsp chili powder.5 tsp cumin.5 tbsp parsley.25 tsp thyme.5 tsp basil1 bay leaf.5 tsp creole seasoning1 cube beef bouillon.5 tsp cayenne
Directions
Brown turkey, add onions and peppers. Cook until veggies are just warmed through.
Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer at least 45 minutes.

    totally awsome. I used 1 less can of beans (husband asked for "Chili without beans" WHAT. I added 1 can of corn to replace that and added 1 can of tomato paste to thicken up a bit. This recipe was perfect as it was. I only changed to make husband friendly chili - 7/8/09
