Chicken Souvlaki

3 bonless skinless chicken breasts1/3 cup of olive oil3 cloves of garlic crushed2 lemons1 tbsp oregano
For the marinade you'll need the zest of the 2 lemons and then squeeze out the juice from each lemon.
Mix marinade together. Cut chicken into thick cubes and add to the marinade. Let it stand for at least an hour or longer if possible. Skewer the chicken and grill.
Really good served with tzatziki and wild rice.
