Ingredients
6 oz.orange segmented6oz jicama, peeled and cut into in.wide dice4 oz, cucumber, cut into 2 in x 1/4 in.spears1 limedash of saltdash cayenne pepper
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Gently toss. Chill,covered. Serve on a decorative plate.
