Beef stew with chuck roast

Ingredients
Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Thyme, ground, 1 tsp Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2 lb Carrots, raw, 3 medium, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves mincesBouillon- Wyler's Beef Cubes, 2 servings dissolved in 2 cups of water Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) Organic russet potato, 2 potatoes chopped into small wedges1 large onion chopped
Directions
Trim fat from roast and chop into pieces. Brown on all sides and add to crock pot. Mix with all other ingredients. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5.
