1 box Betty Crocker Supermoist Carrot Cake mix2 egg whites1 whole egg1 1/2 c canned pumpkin6 oz diet Coke1/2 c raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9*13 pan with nonstick spray. Combine all ingredients, pour into pan and bake 25-30 minutes.
