Beef Tortilla Bake

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef- 93% lean1 can tomato soup (preferably reduced sodium)4 oz reduced fat cheddar, shredded1/2 c 1% milk1c salsa1 medium onion, chopped8 6" corn tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Brown chopped onions and ground beef

While browning, cut the tortillas into 1" pieces and put in a baking pan. Add the milk, tomato soup, salsa, and half the cheese.

Once browned, add the meat/onions to the baking pan and mix together.

Bake, covered, for 30 minutes

Remove and top with the rest of the cheese

This makes 6 servings
