Thanksgiving Latkes

Ingredients
2 turnips, grated1 large sweet potato, grated 2/3 lb raw chestnuts, roasted and mashed1 tbsp water2 tbsp dried cranberries 1 tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
Shape into 4 patties, cover and chill 30 minutes.
Preheat a spray of non-stick spray in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry patties until golden brown, flip and cook on the other side until golden also. Serve hot.
