Ground Turkey Meat Loaf

1 pound of ground turkey 1 Tbsp. Oregano1/2 c. bread crumbs1 large egg3 tsp yellow mustard1 Tbsp Ketchup1 small onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced
Preheat oven to 350. Grease the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan with Pam cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Put the mix in the pan and form a loaf as best as you can.
Bake for 60 minutes.
Then when it comes out cut it into equal pieces. This recipe makes four equal servings.
**Sometimes I play around with the spices and mix it up a little bit. This is the general recipe that I came up with a while ago.
