Slow-Cooker Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 cup salsa1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
Directions
Add chicken to slow cooker.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.
Pour salsa and soup over chicken.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Serve with rice.

    I wish I could see why this is rated so high. I cook all the time and did everything it asked for. I even added corn and black beans, and it came out tasteless. My fiance politely asked that I never make it again. No good. Very bland. - 5/31/12

    Husband and Son love it with tortilla chips and aslo we put some 2% cheese in it before we serve, kinda like a dip. Great for small group gatherings - 2/22/08
