Sandy's Frosted Brownies

brownies:1 c margarine, melted ⅔ c cocoa 2 c sugar 4 eggs ½ t salt 2 t vanilla1 c flourfrosting:½ c margarine, melted6 T cocoa3 T milk1 t vanilla2 c powdered sugar
Dissolve cocoa into melted margarine. Add remaining ingredients in order listed. Spread in greased 9 x 13” pan. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350°. Cool completely, then frost.
(Note: When I make these, I add 1t baking powder to give them just a small amount of lift. Sandy insists it shouldn't be done, but I think they are even better that way.)
For frosting, dissolve cocoa into melted margarine. Stir in milk and vanilla. Add in powdered sugar, beating well.
