Mexican White Rice

Ingredients
3 tbsp-------butter5 slices-----onion2 cups------rice4 cups------water(pre-boil the water for faster cooking)4 tsp---------Knorr Chicken Flavor Bouillon
Directions
Before starting, set your 4 c. of water to boil.
Melt butter in a saucepan large enough for 4 or more cups capacity.
Once melted, add onion, stir and cook until transluscent.
Add four cups of boiling water to melted butter.
Add the chicken bouillon and disolve.
Add the rice, stir a few times, and let come to a boil.
Once boiling, cover the rice and let simmer on med-low heat for approx 15-20 min.
Rice is done when the water is gone and the grains are cooked.
