Curry Chicken Salad with Fruit

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast cooked and diced1 20 oz can pineapple chunks or tidbits (drained)1 cup red seedless grapes, halved1 cup diced celery3 oz bag of sliced almonds1/2 cup light mayonnaise1/2 cup light sour creamcurry to taste
Directions
Makes 8 -1.5 cup servings

Add diced cooked chicken breast to a medium sized bowl. Add drained pineapple, grapes, and almonds. Mix mayo and sour cream in a small bowl and add curry to taste (I use about a half a teaspoon). Add mayo mixture to chicken mixture and mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.
