one package of boneless, skinless chicken tenders, a small can of peas, a can of cream of chicken soup, and white rice.
Measure out 1.5 cups of white rice and set that to cook. While the rice is setting up, cube the chicken & cook in a skillet. When the chicken is cooked all the way through, add the (drained!) peas and the can of cream of chicken soup. Next, instead of adding a whole can of water (like you usually would to the soup), only add as much water as it takes to turn the soup into a nice gravy. Continue cooking until the soup & peas are warmed through. Serve the chicken stuff over rice and enjoy!!
