Sweet Potato Pie

3lbs of Sweet Potatoes (baked) remove skin after done.1 1.75 cups of sugar1 can evaporated milk2 eggs2 tsp nutmeg1 tsp vanilla1 stick of butter2 tsp cinnamon
Makes 2 9 inch pies. Each pie can be cut into 16 servings or 8 servings if you like larger pieces.
First wrap your sweet potatoes in foil and bake in skin at 400F for 1 hour. When ready remove skin and mix in large bowl with other ingredients.
Pre-heat oven to 400F. Add ingredents to two 9 inc frozen pie crust and bake for 50 to 1 hour.
