4 medium onions, quarteredfresh mushrooms, medium sized4 medium red tomatoes, quartered1 large green pepper, cut into quarters and then cut in half
Using 12 inch skewers, layer the ingredients. (One skewer will hold one onion, quartered, one tomato, quartered, four mushrooms, and four slices of green pepper.) Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees, until cooked, about 20 - 25 minutes.
