Ingredients
Rice flakes , dreied herbs, mustard seeds, onions, tomatoes, peas, potatoes, peanuts, assorted vegetables and some olive oil.
Directions
Pour some olive in a hot pan.Add the chopped onions and fry till golden brown.Add tomatoes, dried herbs mustard seeds,green chillies,turmeric and salt to taste.Cook for 5 minutes.Then add 2 boiled potatoes,a cup of boiledpeas and a cup of assorted vegetables.Cook for 2 minutes.Finally add the rice flakes that have been soaked in water for 5 minutes.Add for another 2 to 3 minutes.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.Serve with coriander chutney.
