chewy oatmeal raison cranberry cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce1 (1 lb) box firmly packed brown sugar (2.5 cups packed) 2 eggs 2/3 cup skim milk 1 tablespoon vanilla 6 cups quick oats, uncooked 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup raisins 1 cup cranberries
Directions
Makes 48 cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine applesauce, brown sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat ingredients until well blended.

In a seperate bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cranberries and raisins.

Mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until blended.

Drop by rounded scoops 2`apart on a non stick baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Remove and put on a rack to cool.
