pancakes - apple yogurt buttermilk

Ingredients
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1/4 c Egg substitute 1/4 c Buttermilk, lowfat, .25 cup 1/4 Yogurt, plain, skim milk1 small apple finely chopped1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix together wet ingredients in a small bowl and wisk until smooth.

Place flour, baking powder and cinnamon in another bowl.

Add wet ingredients, gently stir . Add chopped apple, mix until just mixed.

cook on a griddle.
