Very Veggie Stuffing

Ingredients
Pic Sweet Seasoning Blend 'onion,celery,peppers', 1 c.Kroger Recipe Beginnings 'onions,carrots & celery', 1/2 c.Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 3 teaspoon Butter, salted, 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Milk, nonfat, 3/4 cup Pepperidge Farm 'Country Style' cubed stuffing, 4 cup
Directions
Saute vegetables in oil & butter. Add water & bouillon cubes (chicken flv.) bring to boil till cubes disolved. Add soup & milk stirring till well blended. Toss in Stuffing mx. & stir till well mixed but NOT 'muddy'. Place contents into a pre-oiled baking dish at 400* for 30-45 min. Sprinkle with Paprika if desired & brown slightly if needed on broiler setting.
