Fresh Spinach and Tomato Spaghetti

Ingredients
375 grams whole wheat spaghetti!/2 package fresh spinach2 tomatoes2 cloves of garlic1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp dried rosemary1/2 cup water2 tsp worcestershire sauce1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions and set aside. MIx the soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, and water and also set aside. Then blanch the tomatoes, remove the skin and chop. Wash and semi-finely chop the spinach as well . Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet and add the garlic and spinach. Cook over medium heat for about one minute or until spinach is slightly tender. Add the oregano and rosemary, followed by the tomatoes and then saute for about 2-3 minutes. In the last minute of cooking, add the mixture of soy and worcestershire sauces and water and stir. Sauce will thicken slightly. Finally, remove from heat and stir in the spaghetti.
Serve and enjoy!
