Ingredients
1 sausage (low fat or low calorie)2 rashers of turkey bacon1 poached egg1 fresh tomato1/2 cup baked beans1 slice toast
Directions
poached egg
grill (broil) the sausage and turkey bacon
warm the baked beans in a pan
slice tomato in half and microwave for a few seconds(not too long) just enough to make it soft and hot
place beans on toast then everything else on top
