Flax Seed Balls

Ingredients
Flax Seed grounded- 2 tbspJaggery- 1 med or according to ur taste/sweet palate (U can use molasses also)Unsalted butter - 1/4tsp
Directions
Microwave all the ingredients for a min after mixing well. Before it cools down completely, make it into small balls. Makes around 4-6 balls. The nutri info is given for 1 single flaxeed ball.

If you make coconut milk at home, u can add the remains of coconut after taking the milk, to this before microwaving. It is also tasty. Tastes like coconut barfi!
