Vegetable Soup with Turkey

Ingredients
4 cups vegetable broth or 1 carton (32 oz)chicken broth 4 cups tomato juice (or V8 Juice, Low sodim)1 1/2 tablespoon dried basil leaves 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves 1 teaspoon pepper 2 medium carrots, sliced (2 cup) 5 medium celery stalks, chopped (2 cup) 1 medium onion, chopped (1 1/2 cup)2 cup Lima Beans3 1/2 Green Bean3 Large Potato (peal on and cubed)2 cup Peas1 lb Turkey2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained4 cup Water
Directions
1. In 4- to 5-quart slow cooker or pot, mix all ingredients.

2. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 7 to 8 hours or until vegetables are tender. (stirring occasionally)

3. Serve when done or store in fridge, or store in fridge until cold and then move to freezer.
