Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts 150g Pasta 6 Cherry tomatos ½ Onion 1 Red chilli pepper 1 tbsp butter/margerine ¼ cup Feta cheese ¼ cup Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp Fresh parsley 1 tbsp Fresh basil Garlic salt Olive oil Salt & Pepper
Directions
1. Slice chicken into thin strips, season with garlic salt & grill or panfry.

2. Quarter cherry tomatos, slice onions and chilli & coat with olive oil. Cook in oven 200°C 10 minutes.

3. Boil pasta, drain & stir in butter and the finely chopped herbs, salt & pepper to taste.

4.Mix all together and top with Feta & Parmesan cheese.
