cranberry orange relish

Ingredients

2 cups cranberries1 orange, w/ 1/4 of peel included1/4 cup sugar (or so)
Peel the orange but leave 1/4 of the peel on.
Section the orange into the blender/food processor and add sugar. Puree the orange.
Add 1 cup of cranberries and chop coarsely.
Empty into bowl and then chop the remaining cranberries and mix into the bowl.
Chill. If too tart after sitting in fridge (overnight is best), add a little more sugar.
